Welcome Back to Society Carson
Our summer combined has consisted of sleep... work.... study... school.... study... repeat.
Carson had been preparing for the MCAT for months and it is FINALLY ova.
Goodbye widowed wife! Carson was studying 24/7... or sleeping.
I don't think I could watch anymore youtube videos or episodes of Friends.
I was debating on restarting Grey's Anatomy series.. {for the 3rd time} desperate times call for desperate measures, so this test date came at a perfect time!
He took the big test this past week
I pretended to be crafty and made him an MCAT "survival kit" the night before. {yay, could I get anymore cheesy with the sayings? and displaying the books that gave him nightmares... I'm so nice haha}
I was doing surgeries at work that day and couldn't even function I was so balled up with stress for him! whoopss... sorry to all patients... I knew I shouldn't have been trusted with a needle that day. ;)
and then it was over! he was tired and brain fried, but i insisted we go celebrate with pina coladas and LOTS of mexican food!

I was just enjoying seeing Carson without a textbook shoved in his face for the first time in months.
we continued our MCAT free weekend with Salem Days fireworks.

And now he has a final to take and GRADUATION on Friday.
{he is just thoroughly excited to be able to sit on the cougar statue on campus}
I'm so proud of him.
